SealProof is a lightweight, privacy-minded web application designed to help small creators quickly generate, capture, and manage audio and visual release forms in the field. It streamlines the process of collecting consent by allowing users to create a release, capture signatures, and produce a shareable PDF without needing complex software, accounts, or paperwork-heavy workflows. The goal is to reduce friction at the moment of collaboration, especially in fast-moving creative environments like interviews, documentary shoots, independent production, and community media projects.

Best practices not only collect permission, they also protect privacy. SealProof is designed so that sensitive information is only used briefly to complete the release process and is not retained by the application once the release has been successfully created and sent. Any records that remain are minimal and do not include personal details—they exist only to confirm that a release was created and delivered, so there is a basic, auditable record that the process occurred. SealProof is currently in early development, and this launch page represents a first step toward making release forms easier and more accessible for the protection of independent creators and their collaborators, while keeping privacy at the center of how the tool works.
